Graham grew up on the Mid-North Coast and has spent his whole life on boats.  He is a second-generation boat builder starting his career in

1986 as apprentice shipwright with Steber Craft, the family business.

Since then he has held various positions in the marine industry such as project & production manager, procurement officer and contracts manager.

  In these roles he has liaised with Government departments as well as the private sector.  Graham is also the “go to” marine surveyor for Insurance, commercial and pre purchase on NSW North Coast.  His genuine knowledge of all aspects of boats has seen him become a hub of knowledge and assistance over many years to the local boating community.
