Freshwater There are two water tanks. A 180l tank under the aft berth and a 300l bladder type tank under the forward berth. The freshwater pump is also under the settee, along with two taps to switch

Toilet
Leesit's toilet is a TMC macerator electric pump. Waste can be sent to the holding tank, starboard aft, or to sea using the Y valve under the basin. The holding tank (cap is on starboard side near the genoa winch) can be pumped out at designated pump out stations, or at sea (in compliance with the law) using the hand pump located in the port locker.

Ground Tackle
The main anchor is a 15Kg Rocna which has excellent holding power. It has 50m of 10mm chain plus 100m of nylon warp. There is a second CQR anchor with chain and warp in the port cockpit locker.
The Lewmar windlass has down and up foot switches. Switch next to the engine controls also operate the up switch.
Safety Gear
O Liferaft is in the port cockpit locker, The liferaft is a 4 man 24 hr pack which includes necessary safety equipment, (flares, water, first aid, etc). The liferaft does NOT contain an EPIRB
o The EPIRB is in the rear cabin above the door
o Additional flares, V- sheet, mini fishing line, mini first aid etc in the flare box next to the liferaft
o 3 Liferings on starboard stern, along with inflatable danbuoy and strobe light

o A gas alarm is located under the settee next to the hot water system and is hard wired to the water pump circuit.
